- Organisation Design - Building Capability
We built Organisation Design capability withing the EHRC change community, through a four-day learning programme delivered over a period of 4 months, providing tool sheets to support ongoing reference for the team with the offer of future light touch support.
We believe that context is critical. No one knows better than the team what is needed now. We provided a menu of options remaining flexible to focus on different subjects as needs emerge.
To support engaged learning, we used a case study approach, enabling participants to translate the theory into practice. We encouraged and invited practitioners to bring existing client experiences to ensure learning is applied and relevant.
The menu of options identified the suggested size of audience based on the learning intervention which was agreed as 16 people.
To build capability we invited a member of the team to join us in the design and delivery of our products as we plan each intervention.
Participants have ongoing access to our learning products and library.
