Working in the context of your local church can be a lonely and frustrating experience.

We spend so much time, energy and effort working in the church we have little left to take a step back and consider what we are doing and why.

I have been involved in the local church from my youth, serving in various roles whilst working as a leader within the UK Civil Service developing people, teams, leaders and organisations.

I am offering my experience and expertise to your church using the gifts I have received.
