In furtherance of the above we,

Recognise our legal obligations under the Equal Pay Act 1970, the Sex Discrimination Act 1975 and the Race Relations Act 1976 and the Disability Discrimination Act 1996.

Provide training and guidance for key decision makers.

Monitor the application and effects of our Equal Opportunities Policy.

Examine and review existing procedures.

Provide the opportunity for any associate who believes that inequitable treatment has been applied to him or her within the scope of the Equal Opportunities Policy to raise the matter directly with the named officer.

Responsibility

All associates have responsibility to accept their personal involvement in the practical application of this policy, but specific responsibility falls upon the Directors to communicate and apply this policy.
